What A Weekend!

BaseLAN 28 has wrapped up, and I’m here to tell you about all the exciting (faceplants on keyboard)

No, but seriously, I think I got like a grand total of two hours of sleep, there was so much gaming, and holy crap, there was this moment in Robocraft when my buddy Mike and I were (faceplants again, snoring gently)

And did you hear what people were shouting in the traditional midnight TrackMania sessions, it puts Cards Against Humanity to shame, I think somebody called Kelly ClarkG:ruioegghbbn ghhhh 2

Alright, alright, I’ll dispense with the gimmick. In all honesty, though, it was a wonderful weekend of gaming. We had a huge demo zone, local indie devs, and more than a baker’s dozen of eSports teams showing their stuff to hundreds of attendees for 48 straight hours of gaming bliss. And a moment our own Kevin Carbotte will never forget. And that’s never not fantastic.
