Flat Heroes Now Available on PC and Nintendo Switch

August 2nd, 2018 — Today, publisher Deck13 and developer Parallel Circles are very happy to announce that Flat Heroes is available now for Steam and Nintendo Switch on the Nintendo eShop! For those of you who may be undecided, there’s also a demo available featuring a sneak peek at all of the modes.

Flat Heroes is a 2D platformer focused on creating intense and frenetic situations. The game features a minimalist graphic style and all elements have been focused on providing a smooth and clear gameplay that perfectly matches its delightful controls. Flat Heroes is super enjoyable to play solo but it’s definitely better when played with friends, making it perfect for Nintendo Switch.

Perfect for Nintendo Switch
Flat Heroes is a perfect match for Switch, not only because its short, burst-like levels can be played anytime and anywhere, but also because the Switch makes it easier than ever to split the Joy-Cons and let a friend join in immediately, very handy to beat the most challenging levels! The Switch version features HD Rumble, Pro Controller support and, of course, runs at 60FPS as these kind of games demand.

Key Features

  • Play alone or share the experience with up to 4 friends on all modes
  • Drop in & Drop Out Co-Op
  • More than 300 Levels
  • Face 10 unique final Bosses
  • Unlimited survival Levels, with daily challenges and Leaderboards
  • Versus Modes offer you and your friends an option to compete against each other

Information for Streamers
If you are a Streamer, the PC version of Flat Heroes also offers an exciting Twitch mode and you can connect the game to your account. This will allow your community to choose which enemies appear and dictate your match! (Simply enter your channel on the options menu and find the twitch survival mode), for best results try to lower the streaming delay to a minimum.

Flat Heroes can be played either alone or together with your friends (local only, or using parsec) – if you have a Bro-Op or Co-Op stream in your schedule, we definitely recommend giving it a try.

The free demo includes a survival mode that is also nice to do competitions with your viewers to see who can get the highest score!
