SQUARE ENIX® announced exclusive incentives for those who pre-order DRAGON QUEST® XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age™ for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system. Through select retailers, players can receive various physical and digital items, including EXP boost and Gold boost gear, to enhance their enjoyment of the game.
Pre-order incentives at GameStop in the United States, or EB Games in Canada, include eight exclusive collectible two-inch buttons featuring the main cast and the mysterious spirits of lost time, as well as an exclusive in-game DLC pack which contains:
- The “Elevating Vest” – A snazzy waistcoat that awards the wearer with extra experience every time they win a battle; and
- Three “Seeds of Skill” – A nifty nut that confers an extra skill point upon anyone who eats it (consumed upon use).
Players that pre-order the game from Amazon will receive an exclusive in-game DLC pack including:
