Xbox One users will be able to play up to six players locally while PS4 users will be able to enjoy up to four players locally. Circuit Breakers features seven unique playable characters, so there won’t be a need for you to double up on your chosen shooter.
Arcade mode is very much like a classic survival mode in the sense that you keep fighting through levels until you and your comrades are taken out. The levels are selected by random, so there is no telling what kind of madness awaits you in the next stage. Score attack, on the other hand, challenges players by putting them in situations where they must complete the stage as quickly as possible. And then there is the Challenge board, where you are given specific and enticing goals that will further deepen the gameplay.
Console gamers can look forward to grabbing their shotguns, laser rifles and other weapons of destruction next year as Circuit Breakers is “aiming” for a release on Xbox One and PS4 in early 2017.
