Good morning ghosts, goblins, and gaming nerds – welcome to our spooky scary day 2 of CS:GO at BaseLAN XXIX! Whether you’re following from home, or in the middle of the pit, AYBOnline is the place to be for up-to-date tournament info. After a Friday full of AWPs and AKS the group stage is all finished and we’re ready to announce the brackets for the main event:
All eyes this year are on heavy hitters Cyber Revolution, the winners of BaseLAN 28, who will be eager to continue their streak with another big win. But if history is any indication, there’ll be some stiff competition from other BaseLAN veterans Almost Dead (formerly Windy Walking Club), Team Crust, and True North (formerly Excess). But the future is a mystery, and with such a strong roster of teams (and pretty awesome prizes on the line) anything could happen. So I wouldn’t place my bets quite yet, we still have a long way to go in this tournament.
