We are using a new seating system. You MUST pay for your ticket on LanHUB or you will not be guaranteed a seat. This must be done BEFORE the event.
All attendees age 18 or older must sign a waiver this is done through LanHUB. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. If the parent or legal guardian will not be present when you arrive, please ensure you bring a signed copy of the waiver with you – a copy of our waiver can be downloaded here.
*Please note your seats may be moved to accommodate all of the teams and single players. We also may have to move you based on how much power your teams will pull to make sure we don’t have any power issues and everything runs smoothly. If you want to ensure you are sitting with your friends, make sure you all have the same team name. All teammates will be seated together as long as they sign up within a reasonable amount of time.
